FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 12 hours for your tracking to update.


Where does my order ship from?
We ship from Melbourne, Australia


How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and despatch. The first business day of shipping time will be counted after despatch.

You will have a delivery estimate in your tracking information. If your package is overdue and your parcel scans have not updated for 48 hours, please contact us at aashiq@aashiq.com.au so that we can have a look into it for you.
During sale periods or high order volume, slight delay may occur.


My order is lost in transit 
If your parcel is lost, we will investigate with Australia Post and send out a new order if it is confirmed to be lost. Investigations can take up to 10 business days.
We are not responsible for orders that have been scanned as delivered.


My order is wrong or missing an item
If you received the wrong items or missing items from your order please contact us as soon as you open your parcel. Take photos of the order that you received and send to aashiq@aashiq.com.au


My order was returned to sender
There are various reasons your parcel may have been returned to sender. If your order has been returned to sender, please double check the address that you provided and check if it is correct. 
Please email us at aashiq@aashiq.com.au and we will be able to assist you.

If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, we will issue you with a store credit for your purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


Import Taxes & Duties
When ordering from Aashiq outside of Australia, the recipient is responsible for the import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information.


Damaged/Faulty Goods

If you received a damaged product, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to  aashiq@aashiq.com.au
This must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that our lashes are all handmade and can vary from pair to pair. The discrepancy of hair placement does not constitute damage.


Returns
If you have a change of mind and would like to exchange or return an item,  please send us an email at aashiq@aashiq.com.au  within 14 days along with your order number.
Used products can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event that the item you return is not in suitable condition, we reserve the right not to refund you.
If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
*Shipping fees are not refunded for returns
*Exchange/ Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.


It is recommended that a tracking option is chosen for any returns. We are not liable for undelivered/missing returns.


Allergy returns
Allergy returns are only valid for cosmetic products that are applied to the face/body. 
In the rare event that you have a reaction to our product, please contact us at aashiq@aashiq.com.au along with your order number and photos/description of your reaction.
